In the book Endless Referrals by Bog Burg, he explains that as a lawyer, where you went to school, your win/loss record, etc., is not the most important keys to a successful law firm. Clients hire lawyers if they know, like, and trust them.
One of the best books in this guide will explain why you will move mountains to send a referral to someone who has recently sent you a referral. Human psychology has not changed in 10,000 years.
In another book, you'll learn why mass advertising does not work for most law firms. You're probably wasting your money if you can't devote $15,000.00 per month to mass advertising.
