The primary DPS location for fingerprinting services in Phoenix is located at 2102 West Encanto Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85009. 

Alternatively, applicants can visit the Mesa Regional Service Center at 1840 South Mesa Drive, Building 31, Mesa, AZ 85210. 

After submitting the application and completing the fingerprinting process, it usually takes several weeks to get approval.
